Site Rules - MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE (LIKE) UPDATED 5/9/13

We are not affiliated with coach or any designer brands whatsoever. We are just a group of women that have too many items in the closet and need to get rid of them.
1. Everyone must read these rules and click the like button
(at top right of page) to acknowledge you have done so.
2. Everyone must use their actual legal first and last names on this site. You have two options for doing this. You can either put your full name as your screen name or in your signature. Your login/username can be whatever you want but your screen name or signature must contain your real name. This is to avoid any deception and also makes it safe for everyone by knowing who they are doing business with. this can be changed by clicking on the profile button at the top of any page, then the "edit profile" button on the right side of the next page and then the "personal" tab. From here either type your name into the “screen name” box or the signature towards the bottom of the page. Make sure to click the "save personal settings button" at the bottom when finished.
3. Only authentic designer items, there will be no knock-off's.
4. All items must have actual photos, no stock photos. The only exception to using stock photos is
that your item must be new with tags and only new with tags. Then stock photos must be accompanied by your actual photos of the item(s).
5. You must upload the creed with your item.
6. All items need to have the price with listing.
7. When listing your item, the asking price must include shipping and paypal fees included
in the asking price so please be mindful and add all fees into one total price! If you are outside the continental U.S. you must inform seller immediately so they can adjust shipping costs as needed.
8. There will be no outside links to your items such as ebay etc. This does not include links to off-site photo storage sites such as photobucket, imageshack etc. Those are allowed.
9. All transactions need to take place in pm's only.
10. You may not ask the seller on a post or in pm to lower their price or to trade...unless it is posted on their listing, and then only in pm.
11. Paypal is the only acceptable form of payment. this covers both sellers and buyers. No other forms of payment period. You will be removed if this happens.
12. Please remove your threads when your items sell. This will help to keep our site clean and tidy. If you forget to do so, the first time you will get a warning. The second time, there could be suspension of your privileges. If this happens a third time, you will be removed from the site. Please keep this in mind.
13. Calling out of people will not be tolerated. If you have an issue, pm an admim. You may not say in any post that you saw the item elsewhere for such and such a price.
14. Do not for any reason post any personal information in a thread. this is for your protection.
15. Sellers retain the option to sell to whom they wish not first come first serve. There may be times messages are not received or because you are in a negotiation about an item does not mean it is promised to you. A person might have a bad feeling about a transaction and may not want to complete the sale. We have to respect the right of the seller.
16. Sellers or traders - if you are selling a used bag you must (if not it will be removed) describe your bag in detail if it has snags, stains, wear or holes. Please also disclose if you are a smoking household for those who have allergies or are non smokers. By doing this you eliminate a bag having to be returned and leads to a smoother transaction. There is nothing worse than getting a bag and it is not what you expected or traded for.
17. Admins will do all we can to help members if any problems occur with a transaction but you must follow all site and paypal rules and you must pay "as goods" only through paypal (never, ever pay as a "gift"). Each individual person is responsible for his or her own personal transaction. In no way is this site, its owners or admins liable for other members misfortunes or bad transactions. Buy, sell, and trade at your own risk.
18. Sellers are only allowed to "bump" or comment on their item to "bump" once a day!!! Anyone that does more than once a day will have their item/items removed. You will be warned and if it happens repeatedly you will be removed. This makes it fair for all sellers and buyers!!
19. Only post your items in one board. Even if your item may fit more than one category, please pick the one that it fits best or the one you think you'll get the most visibility. If we find your items posted in more than one board, it will be deleted and you will be warned. Multiple offenses could result in suspension of privileges or banishment from the site.
20. This is the rule for seller holding an item for a buyer. Please both parties be aware! There will be a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the purchase price of said item. If you do not purchase the item by the date set between you and your seller, you have forfeited the deposit to the seller.
Seller: you will need to invoice buyer for the $25.00. You will need to state in the comments box of the invoice to.
Buyer: this $25.00 is a non-refundable hold deposit for said item (make sure you put info of item) the balance is to be paid on said date agreed by both seller and buyer. By paying this invoice you have agreed to these terms!
